Enhance the impact of MIT research on public policy
On Pi Day, March 14, all donations to the International Policy Lab will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $5,000, by an anonymous alumnus.
About the International Policy Lab
The International Policy Lab (IPL) helps MIT researchers develop the policy implications of their research to inform policy making. It provides faculty mentorship, communication training, and coordination of direct outreach to policymakers, as well as staff support to translate scholarly work into digestible materials targeted at a policy audience.
Over the past four years, the IPL has supported policy outreach related to energy and environment, international security and development, health care and biology, and cybersecurity and privacy, among other fields. Giving to the IPL helps ensure that the scholarship of MIT’s brightest minds will shape public policy and lawmaking.
